Meet the Team
We are a small team who all share the same vision… to provide vital support services to those with autism! All our volunteers live in and around North Somerset and have an array of experiences supporting young people and families with additional needs.
Lauren Smith
Founding Director
Lauren has autism and is currently studying for a Masters in Autism. She is working towards her Gold Duke of Edinburgh award.
Jane Atkins
Director
Jane works at a primary school, supporting students with behaviours that challenge. She is also a mentor for vulnerable students.
Tracey Barnsley-Scott
Director
Tracey works as a home tutor and counsellor; many of her students have autism and other additional support needs.
Kirsty Hitchins
Kirsty is an Early Years worker at a primary school and has vast experience of supporting young children with additional needs.
Clare Hopkins
Clare is a solicitor and is an attorney for vulnerable people. She is also a parent of a young person with autism.
Sandra Smith
Sandra enjoys supporting young people with autism and helping to set up our company events.
Karen Passarelli
Karen is working towards an apprenticeship as a support worker at a college. She enjoys working with those with autism and learning disabilities.
Barbie Neary
Barbie used to support adults with learning disabilities, and she has a sister with autism. Currently, she works part-time in a cleaning business. She hopes to bring fun, laughter, and practical skills to the group.
Eddie Ruskin
Eddie is an approved driving instructor supporting people with disabilities and anxiety. He also delivers training to various audiences including Bristol After Stroke.
